I can't think of a name for her yet but I want it kinda...science-ish-based-something-I dunno.

But, yeah, this is technically a sonic thing, though I can't draw any character in the sonic fashion BESIDES Tails, Sonic, and Knuckles (and even then they look like they're from the original games...) so she's...kinda...weird from my normal style.

Her arms and legs are thick, plastic tubes that CAN be cut open, though it's hard to do. She doesn't TECHNICALLY have feet as her shoes can't come off. They have jets on the bottom that propel her quickly so she doesn't have to run. Her eyes are blue on the left and purple on the right. She's a "good" character who stands up for those she calls her friends. Her home is the Chemical Plant as seen in Sonic 2.
She does not feel pain in her hands or feet and one of her "weapons" or "attacks" is heating her hands up to a glowing white-hot temperature then cutting and punching her enemies.
