Cosmos is a member of a alien race called Metrosians (they known for having psychic powers that can make objects come into reality and have rapid regenerative abilities which they can grow new limbs in a matter of seconds, in case poisoning and other irreversible conditions they up chuck an egg and reborn from it), while cosmos has infinite knowledge of the universe he has no clue about human culture, he is also the mystic descendant of cosmic, Cosmos' planet metros exists in the central galaxy which is above the centre of the universe, the central galaxy's flow of time is much faster than the rest of the universe (for example 5 years on earth equals 15 years in central galaxy)
