Background/History
Tenshi may very well be the strangest boy one would ever meet. His past was never really brought to light, the young kitsune being found sleeping in an abandoned flower shop by his lonesome. He barely spoke any English, was wearing tattered clothing, and seemed to have not eaten a morsel of food in months. Assuming that he was on death's door, the people that found him quickly took him to the hospital to heal him up and hopefully find his parents if they were even still around. The blood test involved though revealed something that broke the laws of science.
Tenshi's cells contained chlorophyll, something that only plant life should have. This enabled him to survive entirely on photosynthesis and water, getting all of his energy and nutrients from the sun. While he could eat regular food and such, he could go without it long term as long as he had water. Word of this was picked up by a genetics company that was extremely interested in his special properties, quickly adopting him to test if such survival genes can be implemented into other beings.
Tenshi still lives in the facility to this day, gaining the companionship of an android by the name of Kiryu. His English is still very poor, even though he does speak better nowadays. He is very easy to impress with technology, his personal favorite device being the handheld video game. He is also a major environmentalist and has a bit of an obsession with plant life, specifically flowers and vines. Despite being a kitsune, he lacks the magical properties most of his kind would have. He does however have minimal control of small plants, able to influence their growth and health.
