A girl that thinks she is apart of Die Rautenkreuz army.
She has the power to control and use lightning, though not as good as her brother.

Personality
She is sadistic and cruel. She doesn't like being denied things and loves to be apart of usually bad doings. She loves to talk a lot, even with no one around. She is a bit insane.

Her head hair is shaved into a mohawk.
She doesn't have great control of her powers, so you'll feel a shock or burn from touching or holding her.
Clothing
She wears a jacket that's shows underboob and has the left sleeves ripped off. The other side of it is burnt from lightning use. She wears a tie that doesn't under her jacket. Her pants have the left legging ripped and wears a thigh high sock on that leg. She has a chain with dog tags of the people she has killed, usually goes around with four of them at a time. She also has piercings on her ears, tongue, nose, and other spots.
Accessories
A cellphone that's without batteries. She powers it herself.
