CHARACTER: Tikal the Echidna (Fleetway version)
In her organic life, she was guardian of the Master Emerald. But now, yanked from her time and roboticized, her goal is to destroy the most corrupt race on the face of the planet; the echidna. Armed with a scythe-scepter, she gives no emotion or remorse to the destruction of her own kind. For she has seen the future. And she will do whatever it takes to prevent it from coming to pass.
