It was one of the worst typhoons ever in the city. But even then , there was something different about this one, it was darker somehow. but instead of rain, these dark shadowy things started falling from the clouds. I tried to fight them off as best as I could, but I was nearly overpowered.

That is when IT, showed up. A strange blade appeared in my hand. I had to live, I had to fight, I had to win. I cut through waves of foes until I heard a scream. It was some girl, I couldn't recognize her, but she was surrounded by the dark foes, and then, from her chest, came out what looked like a heart.

after that, the world started breaking apart. and dissapearing, I kept trying to revive the girl, until I blacked out.

I woke up to see, this strange duck, and odd looking puffball looking down at me. "Welcome to Traverse Town, Laddie!
