Character Description
Otlan is a Seven foot tall Werewolf weilding a massive Scythe and cloaked in a Black Monks Robes. He has a Tally Mark Pattern Scar over his left eye and his left eye is a Solid Red Orb. He also has the Ability to Disappear into and Pop out of Shadows.
Personality
Otlan seems like a Cold and Stand offish person to start with, but once he gets to know someone, he's acctually very freindly. The only crime he usually turns a blind eye to are theft, unless someone was killed in the Robery. He hates his Job, but knows that if he dosn't do it, it could be bad for the world.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Men and Women and everything inbetween, Meat, His cureent "Family" and people who are kind.
Dislikes: Crimnals, especially Rapiest and Murders, Rude People, Spiders, Being Alone, His Job and Most Necromancers.
Relatives/Family
Father and Brothers were all Killed. Ware abouts of Mother and Sisters Currently unkown.

World/Setting
Otlan is from a World similler to Earth, the only Diffrance being that the continental Shift never happed. At the heart of the Massive Lan Mass lies the city of Atlantis, Home to all Trade, Gatherings and Art. The world is devided into diffrent Nations, each with they're own cultur.
Body
Besides the tally Mark Scar, Otlan has Numres other scars over his Body. He usually keeps his robe closed to cover these. His Fur is Jet Black, allowing him to blend into shadows more easilly.
Clothing
A Black Monks Robe and a Pair of Flexiable pants are OPtlan only forms of Clothing. The Hem and Sleves of the Robe are a Bit tattered and beginig to Fade to Gray from age.
Accessories
Otlan carries three thing with him at all times, His Scythe, a Belt full of Diffrent Igridents and Potions along with sevreal Useful tools, and a Dagger he keeps tucked into the Folds of his Robe.
