Background/History
He was born in Mobotropolis. When Dr. Eggman starts turning it into Robotropolis, King Sonic starts taking care of Tornado alone to make a new Mobotropolis. Years later, his face was serverly burned by acid, and was forced to wear a mask to hide it. Years later, he starts murdering people as a Legendary Super Hedgehog. He reunited with his other siblings. He was defeated by Sonic and was repaired.
