This is a few pictures I did for a fellow by the name of NoEyes, of his Sonic-esque character.  It was a bit rough to block out, since all I had to go on was a tiny pixelized character, but I think I work pretty decently in the style.

She didn't have a name at first, but during the sketch of the first picture, NoEyes came up with the name Celerina, which is rather interesting (and apt, considering she's a jackrabbit).  For the first pic, they wanted her cartoonish, with her secondary characteristics muted somewhat (compared to what I usually draw.)  For the second, I was to focus on her bunny butt (which I did), making it more or less a backside shot of the first one.

These were pretty fun!

That is a really neat design! It reminds me a lot of Usagi Yojimbo type of stuff, maybe not in style per se, but in sensibility. I like how it alternates between using your impressionist bent while also manipulating normal cartoon rules to your advantage- you're definitely getting better at this all the time!

Thanks!  I was especially proud of myself because these are both VERY quick.  The design just seemed to fall together for me and my patron was very happy with it. n.n
