IDM and orchestral instruments blend to make this would-be soundtrack to Watership Down. A second version of one of my favorite songs, nearly doubled in length. Enjoy!
The original version of this was the "wow!" piece for me, the one that made me notice your work, much more than I did with "Jagged Moon". (I never assume that one song is going to be exemplary of one's entire oeuvre, but whereas I noticed "Jagged Moon" as a good piece, it was "Fiver" that made me notice your music overall.)
I can clearly see in my mind the entire intro, which explains the origin of rabbits and Frith, and the animation style of that segment. Very befitting. :)
I play both versions together, since each complement the other quite well. :) While many fantastic pieces have followed, this still remains my fave so far! :)
