This was my first attempt at drawing a Dragon as I really love Dragons.

This is an Ice type Dragon, a Glacier Dragon.

Glacier Dragons prefer Arctic temperatures and often enter the higher atmosphere to fly more comfortably.

Their eggs (they lay up to 3 at a time) must stay frozen till it's time to hatch, in which the mother stops using her breath to keep them cool and allows them to thaw out naturally. This can take up to a month, as the baby develops inside the egg and come out with eyes functioning earlier than most dragon newborns.

Glacier Dragons are prized for their sheer beauty and elegance. Their scales shine like ice and hold magical properties of temporary invisibility. Using this ability, Glacier Dragons blend in with the snow and ice and can fly during the harshest of snow storms undetected.
