When you work as a mercenary, you need a good source of equipment. And sometimes, the perfect tool to meet your needs... isn't entirely legal?

Enter the raccoon known only as Kyra. If it explodes or makes something else explode, she can acquire it for you, for the right price, of course. Usual meetups involve a noisy, neon-dripping nightclub where no one will be able to recall seeing her anyway.

Usually she wears a long black leather coat, but that is missing her so that her cybernetic limbs are visible. Yeah, even the most careful arms dealer can't be perfect... but sometimes you can turn an accident into an advantage, especially when you know a guy who knows a guy with the best cybernetic enhancements in the system.
