I was watching a cartoon TV show called "Bali" and I kinda got the idea to draw this.
Tito is one of the characters in the show. He is 6 where-as the title character, Bali is aged 4 or 3. (Tito is number 5 on my favorite characters of all time list)
I always wanted to see Tito in a diaper so, here it is.
Tito belongs to his rightful owners.
