Character Description
The leader of the Torchwood Institute and a former companion of the Doctor. Due to the Bad Wolf incident, he became a fixed point in time, therefore he cannot die. Also, due to locating a small blip of the energy of the TARDIS on his Vortex Manipulator, he was sent from his universe to the Ponyverse, becoming what he is now.
Personality
Kind and heroic, and does have a humorous side. Yet, he is a huge flirt, so the Doctor tends to make sure he doesn't talk as much.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: The Doctor, meeting new ponies, sweets, flying, and traveling. Also, he does enjoy dancing as well.
Dislikes: THE TARDIS. Then again, The TARDIS never liked Jack either, so it is a lose-lose situation.

Originally from Cardiff, Wales, but he is recently located at the Torchwood V Institute in Manehatten.
Body
Lean body frame and has a built figure for fighting. Midnight blue hide and wings, light blue hair and matching eye color. A bubble butt, cutie mark in the shape of the star constellation Orion the Hunter. Also has a matching tail with the same color and style as his hair.

Natural Torchwood clothing, consisting of a black overcoat with gold buttons, a light blue shirt, black pants with gray suspenders and a brown belt around his waist.

Normally wears his Vortex Manipulator on his left wrist. Also keeps a pistol attached to his pants by a gun holster.
