I used this app in it's infancy, back on the first DS. I actually preferred it then, because the first DS had the ability to sense variance in pressure on its touch screen. It made drawing with such an app more realistic and natural. The 3DS doesn't have this ability (or maybe it's just not being used) so I have to vary the pressure by holding certain buttons as I draw.

Huh, I never knew that about the first DS. I guess I just didn't play with it enough. Then again, I didn't use it much at all since there really weren't many great games I wanted when it first came out. Sure enough, as soon as I sold it, all these great games started appearing . Magic! I'm sure they will figure out a way to make the new one more touch sensitive though. The technology is there, it just needs to be better implemented.
