You've been my best friend for almost 14 years. I love you so much...

Basically my dog isn't doing well. She's almost 14 years old, and her body is just starting to fail. There's nothing we can do for her.

Aw. This is such a beautiful picture for your dog. I wish they could see this just as a way to show how much you care. Of course. Dogs are rather empathic anyways so in sure try can feel and understand just how you feel. And I bet they feel very loved.
