The dude can be seen as a common street thief who loots up unsuspecting travelers (More often then not, crooks of any sort) but on tha flip side is part of an activist group in his homeland who redistribute the loop to the ones in need. He does enjoy the risk but that guilty pleasure got him to indirectly meet with an unstable mutt....hahahahah.
