Queen Elsa is the Alicorn of Winter. The leader of Windigos. Friend of Celestia and Luna's parent. She was born before the appearance of Discord.

In the past, She had a desire to make all ponies love her winter . She and Windigos had create the Ice Age and winter all year round. But with the efforts of the three races of Ponies. Unicorn, Pegasus, Earth Pony. They creat a special magic call "Heart Warming" and expel the cold as well as her and Windigos to the limited residential, An areas in the north of Equestria.

With remorse that many ponies died because the cold. She locked herself in the Ice Castle and never leave. Because anywhere she go, She will brought the cold and winter to that place. She did not want to hurt anyone anymore. So she limited herself in the ice castle, It is almost 200 kilometers away from people, In order not to hurt anyone or break anything anymore.
