Character Description
Stefan is twin brother to stephan-x, he is as fast as his twin, uses ice attacks but unlike his twin Stefan control space (not space as in reality, space as in outer space) his favourite attack is black hole shields because like a vacuum-mirror it can absorb other attacks and fires them back at their oppentments, he is a member of a group called team heroes elite and fights to protect innocent lives
Personality
Similar to stephan-x but more of a by the book kind of guy

Loves to hangout with his twin, drinks milkshakes and eat chip and gravy
Background/History
After Stefan and Stephan-x link hands when they were two, their combine power distorted time and space and separated their entire family to various places on earth, Stefan was later adopted into the gartrell family (adopted mum: Tracey and step brother: James) who were members of a group organisation called the team heroes elite and grew up to be a member like both his birth mother and adopted mother, months after his 18th birthday he and stephan-x had come to realised that they were twin brothers
