I was in @milkybody's chat, everyone was talking about their characters, when it hit home: I don't REALLY have characters... Just one-shots I love forever who have no name, and characters I named and promptly forgot. I need to change that, and here is sort of my first step. Also, practice at ref sheets.
I wonder what a girl with an airpump gunarm (for NOT AT ALL OBVIOUS reasons) would need a scouter for? Any thoughts?
