Here we have quite the different spanky pic than all the others. Was requested to see about getting the cubs/behbehfurs involved so I said what the heck and agreed. Or something alomng those lines. The actual concept behind it I was given to work with was "What do you think about some sort of demonstration how bad a spanking really can be? Whit help of maybe some sort of spanking machine?
O sorry i miss understand it. Yes Smiley should show how painful a spanking can be. What do you think if one of the cub should cry ? And maybe some other cubs can have the paws on there diaper butt like try to hide it? If you know what i mean."
Well I can't imagine that Smiley would willingly assist in such things. So I had to get a bit creative. XDXD So I think the story we've got going on here is either that Smiley was bragging about all the cool high tech stuff they have. :I And failed like a boss because doesn't know hot control ooorrrrr had full intentions of being a meanie and making it chase the little kiddies...and still failed. Either way, the point is there is some fail. .o. And a lot of leetle kids wondering what's up XDXDXD

Oh and spanking machine? Spanking halos clearly. I have no clue. I just didn't wanna draw a bulky machine :I And wanted it to work for the characters. Your guess is as good as mine lololol.
