This is Goldie Stelloratzu Retriever sitting in her office in the evening demonstrating an interesting phenonoma that not even she herself really understands. She looks depressed because she's actually witnessing the events of Canine City's bombarding in her mind, like a lucid day dream, and is trying to figure out what she would do during such a situation. Yes, Goldie actually has ESP, BUT it's not psychic per se. It's actually the same kind of ESP that you'd find in real life. She can't control when she has these visions, they just come to her randomly, sometimes before a horrid event, and sometimes a good one. Whatever the case, this is something that she's just so unsure of what could happen and wants to get prepared just in case. YES, this is sort of a scene that you'll witness in Kao the Ninja Kid 2, or at least the aftermath of this scene when Kao visits Goldie the first time.

and for those who don't know, I added her middle name so that I could have a higher chance of copyright on the name of the character. "Goldie Retriever" is a VERY common name for a golden retriever type character, so by adding her middle name, Stelloratzu, there's no one else who would have such a name. I call it the "Middle name clause".
