cause those are SEASONAL ! They open once by year during season time : On summer, the tavern service get to the beach. For Halloween, there's a costume option. During Winter, it get to mountains with snowy weather for Christmas... but THIS is a new concept so, as well as for the actual tavern, this one WONT end.
