Whew! Here's where progress is FINALLY made. This image right here is VERY special, the reason is because it's my first 100% digital piece. Yes, that's right. THIS image was done COMPLETELY on the computer. No traditional sketching previously. Now this means that my artistic range has suddenly increased by multiple fold, to the point that I have unlimited space, and can FINALLY start potentially doing animations.
Note though: this image took about 5 or 6 hours total to complete. The lining and shading (due to my technique) is the bulk of the time, BUT it gives me more precision to time ratio than using path tools. (Which takes WAY longer to use and mistakes are not as fixable).
Anyway, info about Baiyo herself below:
Baiyo Flirewing is the daughter of Phoenix Flirewing and Eagle Winderwing. She's a very good friend of Starky and travels along with him during his adventures. Being the Power type of the group, she can use her HUGE talons to shatter anything she comes across with relative ease and LOVES to boast about her strength and her flames.
Personality wise: Baiyo is very flirty, very aggressive, and very wild. She's kind of like Kia of Starky's friends, as she tends to be really seductive, but mostly to show off her immense strength. She seems like the type who would always get into trouble cause she has to challenge everything that comes at her, but due to her massive strength, she confidently can go into any battle and break down even the toughest of monsters. She IS hydrophobic though, but not because she's a fire type, it's because it causes her wings to get soaked so she can't fly. She will only touch Steaming hot water comfortably.
Power wise: Baiyo has the strength of a volcano. Her kick can cause an eruption if she wanted (You'll see this in game, as it's her ultimate attack), and she commands fire like the sun itself. Having high strength seems like she's the most powerful you could imagine...but she has almost NO defense. A couple of hits and she's done for. That's the trade off though. Both attack stats (and her speed) are immensely high, but her defenses are crippling, making her a perfect Glass Cannon.
Anyway, Baiyo Flirewing is copyright to Kao Ninjaratzu (she firmly believes otherwise. Kao's like her little toy).

Final update: The Avian based species of Starmaninja FINALLY have a name. They are known as "Tazya"s. Baiyo specifically is a Pyrotazya due to her living on the volcano. There's also Marrotazya, and Aerotazya, and their species, like Ratzu, is based on where they live as well as their lifestyle.
