Its called Ōji Lolita or Kodona. I'm a big fan of Lolita styles.

Oooh. Thought it had a familiar vibe! The seemingly spandexy tightness threw me off, but it really fits :v
Lolita has so many fun stuffs~ I personally love looking at Mori style (though that isn't really Lolita, haha... just some overlap)

It tight cause she is chubby and her clothes are a little too small for her. Mori style is very cute too. It like country style Lolita.
