Is it still alliteration of the letters are different or does it still work. Also, why did I give her human toes and no one else got the same biology? The rest of her construction was just to make an interesting character.

Well, if you go by the dictionary definition, it's only alliteration if you have the same beginning consonants, or the same letters in the accented part of each word. So this wouldn't officially count. But I say it's close enough as makes no odds.
As for her feet, well why not? If you ask me, "because I felt like it" is as the only reason you need for why you decided to go with a particular design or idea. If I were someone's character, I wouldn't bitch to them about my design in case they decided to hack a few bits off! The same goes for mashing all those different feline species together. She's a lovely character, and I can't think of any other character, off hand, who has the same genetic background. It's just there to make her cool and interesting, and why not?
