This is Pawpet Thrash, done by the incredible Fatkraken (don't believe she has an FA/inkbunny). He was commissioned at Confuzzleds charity auction in '09, and featured in '10s CF Pawpet show as the villain.
He's absolutely brilliant and I love him to bits.
