This was done by

webster, showing a tough time in Kendall's earlier years when struggling with how his body developed such a feminine shape. Lots of depression, frustration and confusion came with it...

Hope to some day do a proper story and development on that phase in his life that doesn't offend the transgender crowd out there. :P got a lot of research to do on that before I pursue that more seriously I guess.
