ianrsoulfox's Tail Underground project. loved its atmosphere and most of the characters shown there. Wondered how Ol' Kendall may find out about such a place and what he may be known for and this is what I decided on. Still his smuggler rouge-ish self, but much sharper on his gambling skills and quite a charmer!
