This was a Recolor of a Zangoose that a friend of mine, Kitsu Momochi, Masterfully did.

His name is Shadow, and I created him as a character that I RP with with a friend who plays as a Shiny Zangoose. Shadow was actually the start of a long series (But un-drawn/colored) of oddly colored pokemon characters.

Yes, his claws are blue

Not claiming that this is mine (the art is too well done for my skill) but it matches one of my Pokémon oc characters to the letter. Even the name and the overpowered stats you're saying he has are the same. Did you read Time of Darkness when it was still on my Fanfiction account or is this just one major coincidence?

Nope. I have no idea what that is, I'm afraid. This was just a character that I made with a friend 8 or so years ago.

Zangoose are already 'high attack power' pokemon.  It's basically their entire gimmick.  Taking it to an 11 is something most people do with their OC's in one way or another.

Also, having Black pallet swaps is something that is extremely common (Black mewtwo, black lugia, black lucario, etc. etc.).  Black is a cool color a lot of people work with.

And 'shadow' is a perfectly good word to use to describe someone who is black in pallet.

This character honestly only has an extremely bare-bones description that I was planning on adding onto, but just... never really got the chance to.  I'm sure that if I were to list out more of his personal details, he would seem less and less similar, especially considering the changes that have been made to him in the half-decade since this picture was posted.
