Personality
A polite girl with more sympathy for others than would be healthy. Extremely shy around anyone her age or older, excluding her adoptive mother Julia. A bit brighter than average but easily fails to notice the more obvious things going on around her.
Self-deprecating; always puts others before herself, and feels worthless if she can't help someone or make them happy. Chelsea never gets mad--just upset. If bad things happen, she blames herself for them.

Orphaned at four years old, Chelsea was taken in by a sheep named Julia and has no recollection of any events prior to it.

Plantigrade. Feet have pink pawpads in the ordinary arrangement of a fox's hind paw.
Clothing
Extremely body-shy and prefers as much coverage as possible. Tends to wear long-sleeved shirts and long socks. Refuses to wear two-piece bathing suits (and she currently sticks to a one-piece with a bottom resembling swimming trunks in those situations).
Accessories
Two scrunchies for the thick pigtails she occasionally wears (more common toward age 6, less common toward 10).
