Just a what if AU where he was actually a mer-person instead of an Elemental. He's still a deep-water kind/partly Angler-Fish so he still has the glowy hair as well as some added glowing 'baubles' to his head and tail fin. Looking all pretty and sad because I figured others might fear him/keep him away from his breed even though he doesn't actually eat other mer-people, just other fish. And wanted to try and draw what he might look like like this anyway xD Hope it came out alright...
