Alright so as the photo shows I have new prices set as well as a discount offer going on until March 6 (my birthday).

Unstated is that if you just want lines they are only $1.

The discount applies to a current or future purchase once the referee has bought their piece.

Now as for my TOS:

1. I reserve the copyright to any work I do. Characters and previous work remain copyright of the original owners. Commissioners do have my permission to post it wherever you please so long as credit is given.

Pretty simple right? All this means is that if I ask you to take it down then you must. I will always give my reasons to the parties involved.

It's a good stance to take, just make sure that they're clear the character or subject is still the property of the owner and the setting is also properly attributed but that the artwork was where you're placing your mark. Things get tricky when it comes to TOS unless you fully explain it, hon.

That is why I said it how I did. The work I do is mine. Everything else is copyright of somebody else.

"1. I reserve the copyright to any work I do. You do however have my permission to post it wherever you please so long as credit is given."

This doesn't mention that the character (likeness and personality) remains their personal property. This kinda detail can be a turn off for first time buyers who think that suddenly, you get to use their character because you've done art for it (and yes, I've run into this before) which we both know isn't the case but still an important detail to emphasize.
