My Gargoyle girl. She's actually a herm with full equipment on both genders, but identifies as a she. (Please don't call her a 'hir' or 'shi' - herms in real life choose one gender over the other as well, I hate that term)

She used to be a dark mage and tried to lift a curse off of her that turned her to stone at sunrise and kept her so until sundown. Her final spell backfired and now she's without magic abilities. Even worse, any and all magic is neutralized within a 10 foot radius around her, so there's little chance she will ever be able to regain her powers. The curse *has* been lifted, but at a price that she's not happy with.
