I thought it was something by the infamous Slug Signorino. He draws for Straight Dope by Cecil Adams.

He can drive a car -as long as it's atop a hill and the brakes are off !

I think I have that piece on a LP. Halfway through the music stops and two unpleasant men start viciously snapping at each other. It became so offensive and intolerable that I picked up the tonearm and never played that band again.

There are some bands on the Doctor Dimento album of novelty records that I never played because I am not into risque phonograph records (cocktail party records, I think they're called.)
