Had this little fellow in my mind for a while now, and finally was able to design him with the help of FlameEliwood
Benny is a 7 year-old rat boy who spends most of his time taking pictures of tourists to try and sell those to them, he's a sneaky little bugger, he uses his cute appearance in his favor. He never leaves home without his instant-Polaroid camera that he modified himself, and spare film rolls in his pouch.
