quick sketch of Cecil as I’m listening to back episodes of Night Vale. It’s pretty obvious that Cecil is native with his disdain for the “Apache tracker” character, imo. I imagine with his deep voice he’d have a strong cleft chin. I borrows the tentacle tattoo idea from assorted other people’s head-cannon.
