apparently in japan, November 21st is Eevee Day... I guess it's to celebrate when Eevee was introduced to the world... go fig.
anyhoo, this artist on pixiv that I follow did this Eevee Lineart--> http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=big&il... and thanks to a Rosetta Stone graduate, the artist of this piece said that it was okay to color the lineart and post it. as you can see, I did some more photoshop CS5 work and... not too bad for all digital
