He gave me liberty to design his steampunk-ness, which was a lot of fun. I was reminded of how much I enjoy painting clothing. I went for a more 'casual' steampunk, as I'm not as much of a fan of the more extreme stuff.
I sort of last-minute decided his shirt needed to be pinstriped...because if you're not here to win, get the hell out of Kuwait.
(Also, for those interested, he just commissioned me for a sort of sequel picture where all the pretty clothing isn't on anymore ;) So, as a heads-up, you'll be seeing one more of this cute guy in a little bit.)
