Background/History
Celest Heralds form the City of Summerlund, or at least used to. once, the Porphyrian's where the keepers of the Tacitus, a strange and ancient device of unfathomable power. Kane decided that world peace was was more then just a concept but could be made real, and so, the city of Summerlund was razed to the ground and the Tacitus "Liberated".
After her parents where killed (in front of her), she barely managed to escape alive. Nearly drowning in the River Yarra she came to realize that the entire world had turned on her. One person was different, kind, loving, like her mother, a protector. Celest and Zecora loved together for nearly a year; in that time Zecora had taught Celest the Secretes of Herblore and Mok'bara (Martial Arts). When Kane's Confessors where tipped off to what Zecora was doing they took her out but not before she could inflect serious injury. upon learning about this Celest lost all control and brewed up a potion of "Heart's Desire." upon consumption she whispered "I want them to pay for what they have done, no mater how long it takes I will see Kane suffer". Somewhere Between the potion being made in haste, and her species own natural abilities the form she took would be with her for the next 200 years and she only reverts when Wesley offers his life to save that of Amata.

as it turns out Amata is the Great, Great, Great Granddaughter of Celest's life long fried of the same name. The name "Amata" has been handed down to the first born female in remembrance of the true events that unfolded at Summerlund Massacre
