Due to the ultimate Handwavium of God himself, Rosita is returned to life with a new body and as Fernando's twin sister. The questions that are before them is that they will return to their touchy-feely ways of their relationship before her death? Will they end up in an incestuous relationship? What will the others think of her?
Thing is, the hand waving of god gave memories to nearly everybody except for two who will try their best to protect them, thus everyone thinks that Rosita always been and always was, with the original Rosita never existing except to the four of them.
Rosita has little in details in her memories about what they had other than she deeply loves Fernando more than a (twin) sister should. And Rachel is reminding her of things the three of them used to do "before the accident." In everyone's minds, Rosita was in an flying accident where she was in the hospital for a few weeks and recently returned home. Rachel explains it to her that is the reason why Rosita can not remember much, but is willing to re-teach her everything she needs to know.
God has given Rosita snippets of other people's memories so that she can do things like others around her. From Dr. Leary and Fernando, he gave her flight. From Rachel and the others, her educational level to be up to par with all of them. And so on... He also gave her the body similar to Wandaline's, but if she was Fernando's twin sister, so Rosita is about the same height as Wandaline is.
It seems that Fernando has his memories intact and Rosita relies on him on telling her the truth as to what happened. But there is a problem...
Fernando is sexually active with Rachel and the other girls, while Rosita is a virgin as far as she can remember and from what Fernando told her as to how far they used to go. But everyone thinks that Rosita is not a virgin and is more sexually active with Fernando than Rachel is with him. Thus when they tell her that her and Fernando used to do certain things, it makes her think how that was possible though she pretends to go along with it.
And there is the Deep Seated Hatred Mary had of the original Rosita. Will that hatred re-emerge and be placed on this Rosita? We do not know until we get there...
