So ok, this is a snake super villain who does the following things.

1. He drains power of heros via constriction.
2. He drains or robs heros intelligence by wrapping his tail around their head and using his power to do so,
3. He devours the stupefied or weakened heros and finishes the jobs in his gut, absorbing their powers and digesting them.
4. Wash, rinse, repeat.

So yes, this serpent villain is a murdering beefcake. OH and he wears the scraps of his victims capes and outfits to form his cowl.
