Little more than an outfit redesign, Rouge still wears the same colors as she did in the past. However, now she looks like a normal person in Mobian society.
Rouge is much, much more than a whore in the There's Something About Tails sub-universe; she likes sex, as implied by the ridiculous levels of Rule 34 imagery on the Internet, but she also has professions in thievery (canon in the Segaverse), infiltration, and coersion. A black widow in nearly every sense of the word, she is probably the most clever person with the old Freedom Fighters, even moreso than Jake.
She also learned how to shoot a pistol.

The picture will remain unshaded. I've lost the SAI file and by some miracle I found it on my Sta.sh and not on either of my running systems.
