He is mostly a hedgehog. but had part mole inside of him. ( mostly seen by his nose )
as you can see he has ice powers. he also has a bit of snow water and wind too.
He is very cold. even if you touch him he will be freezing. he lives in the coldest parts of a snow mountain. but if he is out and about and ends up in a sunny area. he would be steaming. ( steam coming from his body )

his gloves. ( the thing around it and his shows. ) are weapons. he can rapid fire ice shards from them. and he can subtract his hands into the weapon and make an ice blast.

but if he is in hand to hand combat ( feet aswell ) when he throws punches or kicks. ice shards will fly around hitting his opponent

in his weapons you can see water in them. if it runs out. and he is no where near a water source. he would have to generate his own water from his body to refill it. but that takes a while.
