'Lenore' happens to be my favorite comic-book series and my favorite Poe poem ("let the bell toll - a saintly soul floats down the Stygian river"). And now... it's my favorite Halloween costume for Else, too!
She's dressed as Lenore: The Cute Little Dead Girl from Roman Dirge's comics. I haven't actually kept up on the comics since issue 10 or 11 came out, but I imagine they're still a funny read (hope they went back to the more episodic style of the first 8, though). Give them a look if you see them in your local comics/hobby store, or look for the flash series in the bowels of the internet (since a legal battle seems to have left nobody with the rights to actually distribute the episodes).
