he gathers mortals into one spot and instills madness in them, causing them to panic, fighting each other and trample over each other killing many, mainly children.

Melanophobia - Fear of the color black
Ommetaphobia or Ommatophobia- Fear of eyes
Odontophobia- Fear of teeth
Maskaphobia or Fear of Masks
may attempt at trying to be creepy
