He has become a Primal God of Karma and Retribution. He is a wanderer, of his own free will. He generally uses his power on other gods; since most mortals can not handle what he does. He keeps his eyes closed because of the power he has; to look him in the eyes is to experience every bad thing you ever did, as if it is being done to you. It is painful, and mentally breaking - but at the same time, it clears your Karma. Your past becomes your past - and you can move forward into a new beginning. He doesn't just leave you with these memories pounding around in your head - He leaves you with a feeling of peace; and renewal. Those who have no good on them... are killed by the process. They collapse and die when he is done with them. But those with good in them, those who want redemption and to rise above what they once were, are given a second chance. He gives you your punishment and retribution; but only so that you can have a new start.
He can see, even with his eyes closed; legend says it is through the eyegem in the handlike claws at the end of his tail and the forehead gem, but these are only symbolic. he does not need eyes to see because he is a deity. He generally keeps this form, but has a human form as well. This will be designed... sometime. The lantern symbolizes how he guides one towards accepting their wrongs so they can make them right; the horns and antlers represent how hard, and painful it is t face your own evil; the broken one represents how his power breaks you down - and builds you back up. He is very powerful, but generally; he is very calm and mellow. He does not grow angry, and he does not judge you. He does not attack, without cause. Most gods who sense his presence allow him to pass through their realms unbothered.
Anyway. This was to try to get my juices flowing. It took too long because of how stressed I have been.
