This zipper is convenient for larger stuffed animals to be destuffed, washed and restuffed very easily. No sewing needed! This is actually the basis for the stuffed animal suit (or plushiesuit) that I want to make. (see journal for more info)
you mentioned the zipper makin it convenient for washing but all i can think of is someone gettin a big stuffy with a double sided zipper, so it can be zipped/unzipped from inside or out, and tryin to wear it like a fursuit. so im picturing a tall dude in a medium size stuffy like this having to practically crouch just to fit with his dick hangin out a hole in the bears crotch he cut himself with scissors. XD

That is actually why I tried to make this :-) My plan is to make a plushie suit out of a real plushie, but not just a very big one, more medium sized that you'd have to fold your legs and arms double to get in, trapping you inside. Of course mods like an opening for a penis and maybe a butcrack and a mouth are also doable ;-)
