Character Description
William will stay close to his friend Kanzai Danzañaki-Anna Warby.
Even if it's only one of the two, William takes drugs and alcohol everyday to get him in the correct mood.
Without the drugs or alcohol, William tends to be quite violent - which is a result of his anger management issues.
He's tried anger management courses but all have fail for him and so he has cancelled all the meetings and taken to alcohol and drugs instead - which surprisingly worked.
Just like Kanzai, William has the ability to transform into a human - but his human for has yet to be revealed, but for Kanzai he has no idea of the ability.
Personality
Tipsy/Drugged(Normal): He is calm and friendly, curious at times and sometimes oblivious.
Drunk/Drugged: He is extremely oblivious to many things and tends to make jokes that sometimes don't make sense now and then, he can also be clingy - mostly around Kanzai.
Drunk(Unlikely): He will say things that half the time won't make sense, his behaviour is strange.
Drugged(Unlikely): He will act quite distant, if you talk to him he will mumble, hum and sometimes laugh or sing to himself. He'll also talk to himself.
Sober(MOST UNLIKELY): He can still control himself up to a certain point, he will most likely keep himself away from big crowds - that being only ONE person, his anger gives him an extremely short temper and will get him annoyed at the littlest of things that normally wouldn't, even noises at times.
