I really LOVE this character when I saw him for first time, his appearance, personality and VOICE!
I'm not sure about his name, maybe Aye-Aye, I found it in some avatar korra's website.

For those who doesn't know who is he

He's a lemur-like spirit who guarded a Spirit Oasis in the Spirit Wilds and he hates the 'ugly' humans xD. Aye-Aye developed a bond with Wan (the first avatar) who allowed him to see the human potential of nobility.

Actually, I like Wan's story more than the adolescent situations of Korra... who loves who? ... who break who? who fuuuu*****ng cares

Stinky! Beginnings was awesome awesome. Much better than the rest of Korra and more like the original series

Stinky? ... his name is Wan ... but.. stinky is more accurate xD, I love this part, Aye-aye's face :) .... btw, that's right, is more like the original series,I like that.... and love the studio ghibli style :)

Yeah, totally a tribute to Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke.

So many little details, too... like the Lion Turtles' eyes, are the same color eyes that benders of their element have (the fire-turtle, had amber eyes, the earth turtle had green eyes, etc.. just like the people of those nations later on). And "The Avatar Spirit"... is apparently literally a spirit! I though it was just like, a figure of speech, speaking of what the avatar was like. :)

Wan was so much more likable than Korra, too. More happy like Aang, instead of bitching and whining about everything like Korra. Ugh. I hate Korra. I hope when she wakes up from her amnesia, she forgets what a bitch she is and changes.

Also interesting that the first avatar was a firebender... always thought it'd be air. Also funny how a firebender ruined things with the spirits...

edit: Also, yes his name is Aye-Aye, which is a type of Lemur. Makes me wonder if Meelo will have something to do with him later, with his army of trained flying lemurs...

I do think it was a great pair of episodes. Hopefully now that korra knows what's on the line she will grow the fuck up. This season more then any other has been runing her.

I hope so :), the first season started really good, then a little bit bored with some love issues... but the finale was awesome, I mean, Tarrlok and Noatak end was sad but great....

this second season, I think, started hopeful, but fall again with some love things, and episodes not particularly special.... but at this point it could be amazing, after a good explanation of the beginnings

I think everyone knew that her uncle was the enemy this time around. I also liked these episodes to. now we know on how the avatar selection was started. it started with what element Wan learned first, then air, then water, and then earth. I had always wanted to know why it was that the avatar was the bridge between the spirit world and the human world. I think Korra is now going to really grow up and become the avatar that everyone is wanting her to be.

I was thinking about Unalaq, he could be a kind of anti-avatar with Vaatu's help, it could be interesting, but a bit predictable... whatever... it will be awesome :D
